DEUTSCHE OPER BERLIN
From Carmen to La Bohème, from the Fledermaus to Maria Stuarda. Deutsche Oper Berlin – the largest of the three opera houses in Berlin – boasts outstanding productions and internationally renowned artists. I had the chance to do concept and design of the image campaign for the season 2017/18. The goal was to inspire a new audience for the opera. I came up with the idea using portraits in a collage style in order to express the diversity of the opera’s personalities in an entertaining way. This project was realized at the design agency Realgestalt.

ANIMATIONS
In animated versions of the portraits for social media and citylights the heroes become alive.
